FNCD supported the release of EcoHealth Alliance’s study showing how the protection of Indigenous territories in the Brazilian Amazon is crucial for human health and the economy.
We connected EcoHealth Alliance with social media influencers based in the U.S. and Europe by conducting educational briefing sessions. The influencers then created compelling social media content for their followers, who do not typically engage with environmental issues.
FNCD partnered with the Global Alliance of Territorial Communities and the Rights and Resources Initiative (RRI) to build a cohesive narrative to amplify the voices of Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities of Mexico and Central America. Together, we released RRI’s new report during Mesoamerican Climate Week.
We provided a Latin American PR agency to boost this story in key Spanish media markets.
There are hundreds of thousands of viruses in existence that have the potential to infect human beings, many of them living in our rainforests and other natural systems.
Deforestation, factory farming and illegal wildlife trade increase the possibility of a virus spilling over into humans again.
FNCD collaborated with Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health on the launch of their 2021 report about viral spillovers and prevention, offering international media relations, production of a digital toolkit, and social media amplification of key content.
FNCD created content about the “Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability” IPCC report and distributed it to a global network of partners, promoting it via influencers from the Global South and paid media on our channels.
FNCD partners in Europe needed to understand public attitudes towards bioenergy to inform their strategies.
We commissioned and oversaw a nationally representative, quantitative research study in Sweden, Netherlands, Estonia and Germany, in partnership with the EU based NGO, Fern.
The insights fed into the next 3 years of campaigning on Europe’s Renewable Energy Directive.

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages.
